TERMS OF SALE
Because of shipping cost constraints sales are limited to the continental United States.

The nature of handcrafted products creates a slight varience in size and color within each item. Please do not expect each item to match the photographs exactly.

Purchases made must be paid for before shipping. Things of Bamboo is set up to accept Visa and MasterCard. If you wish to pay by check, print the order form and mail the check with the completed form to the Elk Grove Village address above.

By placing your order you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

RETURNS
Returns of non-damaged goods will only be accepted with approval and within 10 days of delivery. Do not send merchandise to White Feather Enterprises. Approvals must be requested by e-mail. To obtain the return approval and the merchandise return address, email the following information to returns@thingsofbamboo.com: your name, address, day phone number, evening phone number, item number, name/description of item, order date and reason for the return. You may call to advise of the return but you must also send an email so we have a written record. The customer will be responsible for the return shipments cost and arrangements. Additionally, Non-Defective returned items or refused items will be charged a 20% restocking fee (35% for Padma's Plantation items). The determination of the fee will be made after evaluating the product return conditions. We will do our best for you.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Defective merchandise is eligible for a credit or replacement if notification of damage is given within 7 days of receipt or if the damaged merchandise is refused at the time of delivery. For truck deliveries, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the merchandise at the time it is delivered and refuse the shipment if it appears to be damaged. Truck shipments, within 7 days of receipt, require notification and approval so that return shipping can be arranged. Damaged UPS items also need approval for return. Email returns@thingsofbamboo.com for an approval code. Once the approval code has been obtained, the damaged merchandise is to be shipped prepaid back to the supplier warehouse. The shipping address will be the distributor and will be sent back to you with the approval code. Packages must have the Return Authorization number written visibly on the shipping box with a brief description of the damage. All items must be returned in the original packaging. Things of Bamboo is not responsible for goods not received.
Allow 15-30 days for processing returns.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled with no additional fee prior to construction, for custom orders or prior to shipping, for inventory items. Orders are considered shipped when the shipping arrangements are scheduled. Once the custom order item is constructed, it cannot be canceled. Cancellations must be made by e-mail to returns@thingsofbamboo.com with the subject as 'Cancellation' . You may call to advise of a cancellation but cancellations will NOT be accepted solely by phone notification.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall thingsofbamboo.com or White Feather Enterprises be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from products purchased through this site. Neither shall thingsofbamboo.com or White Feather Enterprises be held responsible for inability to use a product or the cost of procurement of the goods or substitute goods.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, which arise from the purchase or use of received items.
