Shipping is limited to the continental U. S. contiguous states and Hawaii.
Items are shipped from the closest warehouse that has your items in stock. This will be either Boulder CO or Indian Harbor Beach FL. If your item is not in stock it will be ordered from the manufacturer in Bali. Shipping time for an out of stock order is generally 10 to 12 weeks from the time the container order is placed. Once the order arrives at the warehouse from the manufacturer, shipping to you will generally be
by FedEx, UPS, or Common Carrier (Truck). Larger items must be shipped by truck. Truck rates are extremely variable and you must request a shipping estimate. Unfortunately, it may make ordering single smaller truck shipped items impractical. Items that
must be shipped by truck are labeled as such within the product displays.
You will be advised when the item has been shipped by e-mail. You will be called to advise when the truck plans on delivering the item. Some items are very large. The truck delivery people will attempt to be accommodating but they are
not responsible for installing the items inside the home or yard. Someone must
be available to receive the shipment when delivered.
It is your responsibility as the customer to see that the shipment is inspected upon receipt for any obvious damage that may have occurred enroute and refuse shipment if major damage is detected. Minor damage can be repaired or a replacement part can be sent. It is also your responsibility to see that the order is further inspected and advise us of any other significant damage within 7 days of receipt. Do not refuse shipment for minor damage as shipping is very expensive and most damage can be handled by sending replacement parts.
